Refund policy

1. Returns

If you are not happy with your piece, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions

The piece must be unused, in good condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrives damaged, defective or is not the piece you ordered.

3. How to start a return

Email contacto@naissancejewels.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned piece, we will refund the original payment method.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
